The RSSDA Network is dedicated to removing financial barriers for bright students. We are selecting meritorious candidates to fund their 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) registration.
Eligibility & Requirements
Who Can Apply?
To be considered for this support, you must meet the following criteria:

Citizenship: Must be a Nigerian citizen.

State of Origin: Priority is given to students from Rivers State and the Niger Delta region.

Academic Status: Must be preparing to sit for the 2026 JAMB UTME.
What You Need Before Applying:
Please ensure you have the following ready before starting the form:

NIN (National Identification Number): Mandatory for JAMB registration.

O'Level Results: (WAEC/NECO) or evidence of "Awaiting Result".

Passport Photograph: A clear digital copy.
